LPAC is dedicated to peace, justice and world community.

Our goals are to educate ourselves and to impact public opinion through creative non-violent action, the use of technology and lifestyle changes.  We strive to build local and national coalitions in order to restore participatory democracy and to act as an outlet for alternative voices in order to promote human rights, economic justice and self-determination for all people.

We have no monthly meeting at this time, but communicate via this web site, facebook, e-mail and the Tennessee-Kentucky Peace Through Justice Network.

Protesting McConnell-led Filibuster of War Amendments 9/21/07

    Only then will you find
    That money cannot be eaten.

    Cree Prophecy

'A people living under the perpetual menace of war and invasion is very easy to govern.  It demands no social reforms. It does not haggle over expenditures on armaments and military equipment. It pays without discussion, it ruins itself, and that is an excellent thing for the syndicates of financiers and manufacturers for whom patriotic terrors are  an abundant source of gain.'
