The Guild seeks to unite lawyers, law students, legal workers, and jailhouse lawyers of America in an organization which shall function as an effective political and social force in the service of the people to the end that human rights shall be regarded as more sacred than property interests.

 

The NLG was founded in 1937 as the nation’s first integrated national bar, the Guild has been at the forefront of most major political and legal movements for nearly 70 years.

 

 

Dues Schedule:

 

Law Students                        $15.00

New member Attorneys       $50.00

New member legal worker   $50.00

Jailhouse Lawyers                no dues, $7.50 subscription to receive “Guild Notes”

Renewing attorneys and legal workers suggested dues on a sliding scale dependent on income
